The flow of oxygen from the hemoglobin to the veins and when the hemoglobin in the body decreases, the flow of oxygen to the veins also decreases. And doing this creates the problem of anemia. This causes its deficiency in blood and the body does not get the necessary energy.

Prevention and Treatment of Anemia 

  • When there is a lack of blood in the body, anemia occurs. Therefore, to avoid this, it is very beneficial for us to make some changes in the diet. To meet the deficiency of iron in the body, add beetroot, carrot, tomatoes and green leafy vegetables in the food.
  • Whenever you make vegetable at home, make it in iron embroidery. Because the amount of iron in the food increases greatly by cooking food in an iron pan.
  • As we have stated earlier, The abundance of calcium in food can also prove to be a cause of anemia. So take calcium in normal quantity or consult your doctor once.
  • Use jaggery gram in food. Try to get used to eating black jaggery. It is helpful in making hemoglobin.
  • If your body has excess iron deficiency, you can also take iron tablets after consulting your doctor.
